  • 20 Ground to OH (G2OH) – 14 lbs
  • 7 Bar Burpees
  • 15 G2OH – 35 lbs
  • 7 Bar Burpees
  • 10 G2OH – 45 lbs
  • 7 Bar Burpees
  • 5 G2OH – 65 lbsĀ  ——- only did 3 by 9 min mark
  • 7 Bar BurpeesĀ  —— Didn’t make it

Notes

My bowel movement last 2-3 days seemed like upset stomach . I’m not sure if this is normal , need to keep an eye on it.
