weight training

As I mentioned before , I just love weight training, but I haven’t been doing much of it in the last few weeks. This cardio schedule is taking over and I’m not able to drag myself to the gym for weight training during my cardio rest days. 😦

Very sad, I should either reduce my cardio and bring weights back or somehow discipline myself to do both in a systematic schedule.

I would very much like to split my workouts so I give my all to both workouts but the lazy me can’t seem to getup early in the mornings. Something’s gotto give and let’s see if I can do it starting next week.
