week 18 Day 6 & 7

Day 6 – Friday – 4/3/2009

Cardio day – running on threadmill slow steady state – 40 mins – 3 miles.

Day 7 – Saturday – 4/4/2009 – final workout for this week.

Supersets

1A) Dumbell snatch – 4×5 – 35/35/35/35 lbs

1B) Barbell Back lunge 4×10 – 50/50/50/50 lbs

2A ) Barbell Deadlift 3×8/6/4 – 90/100/110 lbs

3A) Swiss ball leg curl – 3X 15

3B) Plank – 3x 60sec

I also had my carb meal for this week. Brown rice with fish stew. Yummy. I ate very clean this week. making sure my water intake was good. Hopefully I’ll see some change by the end of this week.
