Goals

Its April 1st and I give myself 2 months to reach my goals. I started this new progam on Nov 25th, 2008 . In the last 4 months, I saw some changes in my body but I’m still away from my goal. I’m going to give all it takes to reach my goal.

  1. Reach 18% Body fat by end of April ’09
  2. Drink more water
  3. Sleep early by 11:00 pm and wake up no later than 7 am ( really need to work on this).
  4. Ultra clean eating- with carb days once in 5 days
  5. Take all supplements diligently.
  6. Do the 100 pushup challenge ( come on, do it)
